Cornish Daisy: Dribble bib review
Thursday, February 07, 2013The past few weeks Zach's been suffering with his teething. No signs of anything breaking through yet but his gums are sore and he's dribbling non stop! The thing I hate most when a baby is dribbling is when their clothes soak right through even when wearing there feeding bib. I don't like the thought of a baby sitting in damp clothing. Luckily the lovely people at Cornish Daisy sent us one of their beautiful handmade dribble bibs to try out.
The bibs are handmade in Cornwall using cotton interlock for the front surface and high quality polyester fleece for the backing. Cornish Daisy strive to source only UK manufactured fabrics whenever possible to lower the environmental impact of their bibs.
We were sent a springtime stripes bib which has light green and white stripes. I was so excited when the package dropped through the letterbox. The bib was lovingly wrapped in tissue paper, which automatically had Gracie excited to help open 'mummy's present'. Unfortunately I didn't get chance to take a picture of how it was wrapped as it was ripped straight open! My first impression was that the bib was lovely and soft, the pattern was vibrant and stylish and I just couldn't wait to try it out. I immediately popped the bib onto Zach which was easily fastened using the poppers at the back.
